How to order

Online
By placing an order through our secure online checkout you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. In order to place an order you must be the valid holder of a credit card or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us. When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods.
When you place an order we will send you a email acknowledgement listing the items you wish to purchase, the total cost and the delivery information you have supplied. This does not constitute our acceptance of your order.
Our acceptance of your order takes place when we have received cleared funds and have despatched the goods

Payment
We accept Visa, Visa Debit & MasterCard.  
Please make cheques payable to Tyrrell Katz Ltd and write your name and address on reverse.

Cancellations
If you would like to cancel your order before it is sent out please contact us by email info@tyrrellkatz.co.uk or telephone 020 7613 4616 If your order has already been despatched then we are unable to cancel your delivery, however you can still return your items for a full refund
 
Returns for Refunds or Exchanges
If you are not happy with your products for any reason  they may be returned for a full refund or exchange:

You must notify us within 14 days of receipt of your order
You have 28 days from receipt of your order to return the goods to us (address below)
We cannot take responsibility for items lost without a proof of delivery and the item is your responsibility until it reaches us. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.

If you should have an item that is faulty please follow the above instructions and we will offer a replacement or refund in accordance to your legal rights.
